The Colorado State Supreme Court (USA) on December 19 ruled to deny Donald Trump’s eligibility as a presidential candidate in the primary elections in this state on the grounds that it was `related to the riot at Congress`.

Some opinions say that this ruling could be detrimental to Mr. Trump’s re-election campaign.

After the above incident, NBC News and other media reported the appearance of violent threats from Mr. Trump’s supporters against four Colorado judges on right-wing online forums.

Subjects called for the personal information of judges to be made public, even threatening to kill them.

Colorado authorities have launched an investigation into the threats.

`We will aggressively pursue investigations into any threats or uses of violence made by those with extremist views to justify their actions regardless of the motive,`

The Denver Police Department said it was conducting `additional patrols` around the judges’ homes.

`The Denver Police Department is investigating the incidents targeting Colorado Supreme Court justices and will continue to work with our local, state and federal law enforcement partners to thoroughly investigate

Previously, Mr. Trump’s campaign called on supporters to donate to help them cope with Colorado’s `arbitrary` decision.

The ruling said that Mr. Trump is not eligible to run for president under Article 3 of the Fourth Amendment to the US Constitution.

Mr. Trump, 77 years old, is currently a bright presidential candidate of the Republican Party.

The former owner of the White House still receives great support despite facing a series of criminal charges.

Mr. Trump is accused of inciting supporters to commit a riot in the US Congress on January 6, 2021 when the Senate was preparing to ratify the 2020 presidential election results, recognizing Mr. Biden’s victory.

To date, Mr. Trump continues to deny and claim that these accusations are politically motivated.
