1. Contribution to Konoha and the mistakes of Second Hokage Tobirama

The second Hokage Senju Tobirama made great contributions in developing the organizational system of Konohagakure, as well as building basic facilities for the village such as building a ninja academy, establishing the Anbu organization, and the police force.

The Uchiha and Senju clans clashed

Tobirama grew up in an era of war, he came from the Senju clan, which had a long-standing feud with the Uchiha clan.
